From CNN: Donald Trump has caved. And now the government is going to re-open.
The actual bill the Senate and House are approving: House Joint Resolution 28: Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019. I could not find a link to the Senate version of the bill, will add that when it is available.
The two Senate amendments from January 24th:
- H.R. 268 – Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2019 (the House bill the Senate was considering)
- Senate Amendment 5 to H.R. 268 – Republican Amendment
- Senate Amendment 6 to H.R. 268 – Democratic Amendment
